With the application form you can apply for one-off financial support to finance a “project” that increases your opportunities in society. You might think of the possibility of switching careers, for example through retraining or starting your own business. Family members who cannot take such a step themselves for financial reasons can submit an application for support to the board. An extensive business plan is not necessary. We do ask you to answer the questions in the form as clearly and fully as possible.
This support amounts to a maximum of € 2,500.

Conditions
• An application for a Contribution to Earning Capacity may be made once, and the application must be sent to the Administrator before 30 May or 31 December of the current year by email: info@stoopfonds.nl.
• The maximum payment is currently EUR 2,500. Commissioners may adjust this amount at any time.
Considerations
• Commissioners point out that the Fund does not report payments to descendants to any authority. Whether and to what extent payments, whether or not in combination with other benefits, have tax or other consequences for a descendant is for the account and risk of the descendant. The descendant must therefore ascertain this for themselves and, where necessary, take appropriate measures.
• Commissioners may deviate from the above rules without prior notice.
