Www.stoopfonds.nl had been due for renewal for some time. A small committee was appointed to carry out these changes. The new website is now live, and via the Family menu item on the public website you can register to gain access to the private section.
The new website is more clearly laid out. The Fund is covered, where you can find, among other things, an overview of the board, where the objectives of the Fund are explained and where, for example, the articles of association can be downloaded.
Under “My Stoop”, an application for financial support can be submitted, and it is clearer which conditions apply to an application. Changes in the private sphere can also be reported here.
Completely new is the “All is Family” menu. Under Family in Business, enterprising family members can promote their business, because this way family members can also help each other. So here is the call to family members to put their business on the website. In the Library, history surrounding the Fund and its descendants is collected.
A website does not work without content. The editors therefore ask you to provide news items that can be placed in the newsletter / on the website. How do you do that?
You can send an email to redactie@stoopfonds.nl with the subject: news. Write, in your own words, the text you would like to have placed on the website. You may also provide photos if you wish. Indicate whether the text may be signed with your name and, optionally, your contact details. The latter is especially important for “Family in Business”. The editors will (where necessary) shorten or adapt the text so that it reads well. The idea is that the website and the newsletter remain inviting to read, so texts should not become too long.
