At the board meeting of January 2026 it was decided that it is desirable to strengthen the mutual bonds of the descendants, to increase involvement with the Fund and to improve the visibility of the Fund.
STO-Bo
The commissioners intend – alongside the traditional Stoop Celebration – to organise gatherings for the descendants. The idea is a location in The Hague and/or Amsterdam for a real STO-Bo (Stoop drinks). We hope for pleasant, informal gatherings, with a short informative element where appropriate.
Newsletter and social media
The commissioners also intend to send a newsletter more often. This might include attention to the following sections: From the board, From the family, agenda and a look back with photos. A start is also being made on using social media channels.
An Instagram account has already been created. Register using the QR code and stay informed of the activities of Fonds Stoop.
Afterwards, the commissioners will evaluate which activities have proven effective and which activities can be stopped.
