Het Coachingbureau was founded by Francis Beelaerts van Blokland. “A genuine interest in people has been there since childhood. That I now coach people professionally is a dream come true. My work began at various communication agencies. First in the Netherlands, then for over 5 years in Belgium, and after that back in the Netherlands. After my years of experience in the communication profession, I developed further into the role of coach. First, since 2005, as a volunteer, and a year later as a professional coach. As a volunteer I am still connected to the mentoring project Goal! in Amsterdam. This project supports ‘problem’ youngsters in their development. As a coach I guide people who are going through a process of change. This can be at work but also privately.”
