Inclusion in your will
If you would like to include the Stoop Fund in your will, you can have this recorded by your notary in the form of a legacy (legaat). A legacy is used above all to leave something to persons or institutions who are not direct heirs. In that case, have it stated in your will that you appoint the Stoop Fund, established in The Hague, Riouwstraat 111, 2585 GZ The Hague, as legatee.
A whole new will does not have to be drawn up for a legacy. This can also be done via a so-called legacy deed. That is a simple addition to an existing will (or an addition to the statutory rules) which also has to be arranged via a notary.
Donation during your lifetime
Of course it is possible, if you wish, to give a donation to the Stoop Fund. To do so, please contact the administrator via info@stoopfonds.nl.
